🪀 Optimization and Bugfix

• BE stock options can be issued to client accounts as early as the day of payment (CCASS)
• Separate execution for BE-type cash dividends and script & stock dividends
  • BE-type stock selection and interest payments can now credit shares to client accounts on the payment date (CCASS) or earlier.
  • For BE-type dividend selection, shares can now be credited to client accounts as early as the payable date (CCASS).
