Corporate Account Opening
1.1.4 Company Account Opening
1.1.4A Q: In the company account opening data-entry process, what does “Number of Devices in Use” mean?
A: “Number of Devices in Use” refers to the limit on the number of devices a client may use to log in, such as mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. The system limit is 10 devices.
An account may have only one registered phone number to receive verification codes; when different authorized users sign in on devices, they must use the verification code sent to the registered phone number.

1.1.4B Q: If a company does not have a bank card during account opening, how should it be entered into the system?
A: If the company bank account has no bank information, the bank name and account number may be entered as N/A. When the client later provides bank information, add the bank card details in “Funds Management > Bank Card Management.”

1.1.4C Q: How are primary and sub-accounts managed for a company account?
A: There is only one registered mobile phone number; multiple personnel must share its use to perform 2FA (two-factor authentication), entering the login password and receiving the verification code. Primary account types may be distinguished as cash or financing accounts, and sub-account types must follow the primary account type.
