1.2.1 Standing Authorization

1.2.1A Q: When is the renewal notification for the standing authorization issued?

A: Based on the client's account opening date, an email notification will be sent approximately 14 days in advance each year. If the account holder does not want the system to automatically send the renewal email, they may send an email to ics@longbridge.hk to request suspension of the automatic renewal notification for the standing authorization.

1.2.1B Q: If a client objects to the renewal of the standing authorization, how can the system impose restrictions?

A: In "Account Management > Account List", click "Trading Permissions" to restrict the client's trading (buying and selling).

1.2.1C Q: How can sent emails be searched for? (e.g., notifications for standing authorization, Professional Investor - PI)

A: In "Message Center > Message History > Email", select "Subject" and enter the relevant keyword to locate the record.
