Operations System (OPA)

OPERATION-ADMIN (hereinafter OPA) is a SaaS marketing operations platform provided by Whale to support broker client marketing. After business data from securities systems are processed and tags are optimized by the Whale data platform, OPA delivers comprehensive securities client marketing service management, including commonly used marketing features such as various coupons, benefits, rewards, placements, campaigns, and page construction. The full-scale marketing operations platform encompasses every stage of broker clients’ marketing lifecycle and delivers complete, targeted marketing services to specified audience segments.

At the same time, the core functions of the OPA operations system provide end-to-end marketing operations management, covering the following levels:

• Campaign Management: Provides standardized marketing campaign management tools for multiple business lines and scenarios.
• User Reach: Utilizes a diverse combination of delivery services to achieve user reactivation (proactive and passive pushes).
• Marketing Benefits: Launches various benefit-based incentives to drive customer retention and conversion.
