Overview
The securities withdrawal function within the WHALE Securities Management System supports users in creating new client securities withdrawal requests and reviews them in accordance with business rules to ensure that clients' securities withdrawal activities are compliant and efficient.

Prerequisites
Broker Information Initialization Must Be Completed
Menu path: Stock Management- Broker Config
Click [Add], and in the pop-up modal that appears, fill in the information in the tabs above as appropriate.

If existing broker information needs to be edited, deactivated, or activated, these actions can be performed in the operations column of the target record.

Terminology
Manual Withdrawal Processing
Back-office operators submit securities withdrawal requests in accordance with the client's instructions.
Step 1: Select the client and confirm information such as the market to which the securities deposited this time belong, the transfer-out broker, account holder name, and account number.

Step 2: Based on the selected client from Step 1, the system automatically displays all held securities positions. Locate the target position and fill in the specific security details, quantity, and remarks.

Notify Broker
If the client has not confirmed this transfer with the counterparty broker, back-office personnel can use this function to notify the counterparty broker of the details of the current transfer so that the normal transfer process can proceed.
Step 1: Select the broker to which the email should be sent.

Step 2: Select the target application number.

Transfer Out >Transfer-out Request
After selecting the target record, click the [Submit] button.

If the client has already notified the counterparty broker, you can check the "Notify Broker" status in the pop-up modal.

Process Securities Withdrawal Details
After selecting the target record, click [Submit] to confirm as "Successful" or "Failed."

After submission, a second approval is required. Click to approve and generate a work order; once confirmed, the securities can be released from the account.
