Quick Start
Overview
The Announcement Management function primarily enables brokerage operations personnel to issue system-related notices to clients via trading terminals such as the app. Such announcements may include the following:
- Brokerage service notices
- System service change notices
- System-related upgrade notices
Through operational management within the global announcement module, brokers can reduce manual processing of customer notices and improve the timeliness and efficiency of announcement management.
Quick Start
Prerequisites
You must obtain the following permissions to use the system features normally:

Menu path: Announcement Management > Announcement Management
Create a New Announcement
Step 1: On the Announcement Management page, click the "Create Announcement" button.

Step 2: Select the announcement type.

Step 3: Select the markets in which the announcement will be displayed.

Step 4: Select the page scope for displaying the announcement.

Step 5: Select the time range for displaying the announcement.

Step 6: Enter the announcement title, detailed content (optional), and a redirect link.

Step 7: Select the display priority and configure whether the announcement is enabled.

After creating a system announcement:
- Newly created announcements must be submitted for work-order approval and will only take effect after approval.
- You can perform [Edit] or [Disable] in the operations area on the right side of the record.
