12.1A Question: What is the difference between the Ledger date and the Last ledger date for batch printing financial dates?

Answer: The "Ledger date" refers to the system financial date, while the "Last ledger date" refers to the ledger date of the previous day.
Other accounting date options:
- ledger date: current ledger date
- last ledger date: previous ledger date
- year start date: first day of the year
- month start date: first day of the current month
- last month end date: last day of the previous month
- last month begin date: last day of the previous month
- system date: current calendar date
- last system date: previous calendar date
See the following example: the ledger date (current ledger date) is February 23; the system date (current calendar date) is February 25.

12.1B Question: How do I configure batch printing?
Answer: Please refer to the following steps
(i). On the 'Report Management > Batch Printing' page, click 'New'.

(ii). After customizing the batch name, click 'Create'.

(iii). After creation is complete, click 'Details' to add information.

(iv). Click 'Add' at the top right to select reports, file types, and printing conditions. Add each report to be exported to the batch one by one.


SDR holding-type reports can be configured to export data for a single specified client; available file types include CSV, PDF, and XLS.
