Overview
The Corporate Actions system is an important component of the securities back-office, primarily used to process matters related to changes in company equity holdings, including dividends, share splits and consolidations, share exchanges, and so forth. Currently, the Corporate Actions system supports multiple types of actions, including the recovery of callable bull/bear contracts, share splits and consolidations, dividends, rights issues, offers, and ADRs.
