Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

📍

Q: Is wallet address verification mandatory before depositing cryptocurrency?

A: Yes. Before any cryptocurrency deposit, the wallet address used by the client must first be verified. Unverified addresses cannot receive cryptocurrencies.

📍

Q: What verification methods are currently supported for wallet addresses?

A: Currently, only micropayment verification is supported. The client must complete a small cryptocurrency payment to a designated address to confirm ownership of the wallet.

📍

Q: Once a wallet address is verified, can it be used for deposits of all cryptocurrencies?

A: In most cases, a verified address can be used across all supported cryptocurrencies. However, certain cryptocurrencies require separate verification. Please follow the on-screen prompts for guidance specific to the cryptocurrency in question.

📍

Q: A client's wallet address is already verified, but micropayment verification is still being triggered for deposits of a particular cryptocurrency. Why?

A: Due to the specific nature of that cryptocurrency, each deposit requires a new micropayment verification to ensure fund security.

📍

Q: What should the client do if a "Payment Failed" error appears during the verification process?

A: Check the following: confirm that the payment address is correct, that the account has sufficient balance, and that the network connection is stable. If the issue persists, contact customer service for assistance.

📍

Q: How can I check the verification status of a wallet address?

A: Log in to WBO, navigate to the Client Wallet Address page, and search for the address to view its verification status (Not Verified/Verified/Verification in Progress).

📍

Q: Is there a waiting period before reapplying after a failed verification?

A: No. There is no waiting period. The client can resubmit the verification application immediately after correcting the issue, such as providing the correct wallet address.
