Agent Relationship Management

Allows querying the clients under a specific agent, or directly searching for an individual client.

After locating a client, you can perform the actions [Terminate Agent Relationship] and [Transfer to Another Agent].

When changing a client's agent or assigning an agent, the system supports sending an optional email notification to the client.
