1. Customer Details

Overview

View the processing status of customer company-action related transactions. This list only supports viewing data related to customer business processing and does not currently support other operations such as share splits or consolidations. To perform company action business processing, please proceed to the WBO backend.

Page Structure Description

The top section is the query area.

The central list displays customer company action detail data; the page supports pagination for viewing.

Operations and Function Descriptions

1.1 Customer Details List

Supports searching by security, notice number, customer, notice type, market, customer execution status, customer instruction collection status, payment date, end date, and operation time.

The list mainly displays detailed data on customer company actions and allows viewing of details.

The detail window can be viewed by sections and includes Exercise Information, Fee Information, Entitlement Information, and Other Information.

• Exercise Information: displays the exercise information for the configured security in the backend.
• Fee Information: the fees configured for the user in the WBO backend; these configured fees will be applied when executing the exercise.
• Entitlement Information: the corporate action entitlements currently available for the customer to exercise.
• Other Information: related to WBO configuration; primarily for viewing basic information such as the application time and quantity for the customer's corporate action operations.
