Announcement Management
Announcement Management is primarily designed to enable brokerage operations personnel to issue system-related notices to customers via trading terminals such as the App. Such announcements may include the following:
- Brokerage business explanations
- Notifications of system service changes
- System-related upgrade notices
Through the operational management of the global announcement module, brokerage firms can reduce the manual processing of customer notices and improve the timeliness and efficiency of announcement management.
Applicable Scenarios
This operation is performed when brokerage operations personnel need to manage external announcements (Create / Edit / Disable).

Announcement Management
This operation is primarily used for maintaining system announcements directed at customer-facing terminals.
When adding a new external announcement, click the top-right [New Announcement] to begin configuring a new announcement.
The following announcement types are supported:
Supported markets:
- For the announcement types General Announcement, Regular Market Closure, Temporary Market Closure, and Channel Issue, market selection is supported.
Target scope
- When the announcement type is Single Stock, target configuration is supported.
Page scope:
Other announcement content may be configured as required:
After creating a system announcement:
- The newly created announcement is submitted for workflow approval and becomes effective only after approval.
- You can perform [Edit] or [Disable] in the action area on the right side of the record.
