Overview

The Corporate Actions System is an important component of the securities back-office, primarily used to process corporate equity change–related transactions, including dividends, stock splits and consolidations, share exchanges, and other related actions.

Currently, the Corporate Actions System supports multiple types, including CBBC redemption, stock splits and consolidations, dividends, rights issues, invitations/offers, and ADRs.
