The Message Center is a system that centralizes the processing and management of all communications between the enterprise and its users. It serves as a bridge for message delivery between business operations and users, ensuring that various types of messages reach end users in appropriate contexts. Message templates enable effective management of templates for different business scenarios and standardize message formats; message channels integrate with SMS, Email, and other channels, providing open services for business units to invoke and trigger. The Message Center reviews messages and delivers those approved to end users.

Prerequisites

You must obtain the following authorizations to use the system's functionality

You must complete the message service delivery configuration before using the SMS and Email channels to reach users.
