Overview
A WHALE customer bank card refers to a bank account opened by the user at a bank, either bound by the user in the App or bound on the user's behalf by back-office personnel in the backend. The associated bank card can be used for deposit and withdrawal functions in the broker's App.

Menu entry: Cash Management - Bank Card Management
- When a user adds a bank card in the App, it will be displayed automatically on the page.

- In certain circumstances where a user cannot bind a bank card through the client, the back office (BO) can add the bank card in the backend; once added, it will be displayed automatically on the page.Click [Add Bank Cards] to open the page, complete the required details, and submit.


Select [Batch Add] to add bank card information in batches according to the template.


- For user-submitted information that requires manual review, or where the back office manually adds a card on the user's behalf — i.e., when the bank card's verification status is "Pending Verification" and requires manual review.

When a user's bank card verification status is " Without Witness " or " Have Witnessed ," the backend may modify the bank card information.


- Manually update the deposit witness status
If a user's deposit has been completed but the bank card's witness status has not become normal, you can manually handle it via [Update Deposit Verification].

After linking the customer's deposit details, the system will automatically set the deposit witness status to " Have Witnessed".
