Web Trade Product User Guide

Ways to access Web Trade:

  1. Open the Web Trade link directly: https://trade.longportapp.com
  2. Log in to the Longport official website: https://longportapp.com and click "Trade" in the menu bar
  3. Broker-specific link: *Please request from the Longbridge Technology PM/CS

1. Login & Registration

1.1 Broker Account Selection

On the login page, click the "Broker Account Login" button to select the broker channel, then continue to log in after selection.

1.2 Verification Code Login

You may log in by entering your mobile phone number and sending an SMS verification code.

1.3 Account and Password Login

Click "Password Login" at the bottom to switch to account/password login. Enter your account and password directly, agree to the User Agreement, and then click the "Login" button.

1.4 QR Code Login

(1) Click the QR code icon in the upper-right corner to switch to the QR code login page, and scan the code using the corresponding mobile app to log in.

(2) Different broker accounts correspond to different apps; the QR code login page will indicate which mobile app to use for scanning.

For example: The Longport broker channel requires scanning with the Longport mobile app.

(3) Mobile app QR code entry: "My" - "Scan".

2. Trading Interface

2.1 Watchlist

(1) Displays the user’s followed watchlist and watchlist groups, allowing quick switching between groups such as held stocks, U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, etc., and synchronizes with mobile data.

(2) Users can switch among different stock tickers; the chart, market quote, and order entry on the right will synchronize automatically. For example, when switching to Tencent Holdings (00700), the chart, market quote, and order entry will switch accordingly to Tencent Holdings (00700).

(3) When switching tickers, you may click the heart icon in the upper-right market quote area to add the current stock to your watchlist, or click again to remove it.

2.2 Charts

(1) The chart section provides detailed views of intraday charts, daily K, weekly K, monthly K, yearly K, and minute K charts to facilitate analysis of stock price trends.

(2) For daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and minute K charts, we integrate TradingView charts, which support hundreds of technical indicators. Click an indicator to quickly search and switch as shown.

(3) The platform also supports a variety of drawing tools to meet different technical analysts’ preferences and to facilitate rapid monitoring and trade execution.

2.3 Market Quotes

(1) The market quote in the upper-right displays basic order book and stock information fields, including the day’s high and low, opening price, closing price, as well as price-to-earnings ratio and market capitalization. You may click the heart icon to add or remove the current stock from your watchlist.

(2) Click the stock name to quickly jump to the Longport official website and view more basic stock profiles, such as company overview, financial statements, panoramic analysis, and other details.

2.4 Order Entry

(1) Currently supported order types:

(2) After selecting buy or sell direction, entering the stock code, order type, price, and quantity, click Submit to place the order. You may also click the Fee Preview in the lower-right to view an estimate of fees.

(3) If the secondary confirmation dialog is enabled, a pop-up will request confirmation before placing the order; if it is disabled, the order will be submitted directly.

(4) If submission succeeds, a "Submission Successful" prompt will appear. When an order is executed or rejected, a pop-up notification in the upper-right will display the order outcome, such as fully executed or order rejected.

2.5 Positions

  • View current positions, displayed by market.
  • Supported data fields include: position market value, position quantity, latest price, cost price, available-to-sell quantity, unrealized P/L, unrealized P/L percentage, daily P/L, daily P/L percentage, and position percentage.
  • Position Percentage: (Market value of the current stock position / Total market value of positions in the current market) × 100%.
  • Data timeliness for the current positions list: real-time updates.
  • The left action column supports quick "Buy" and "Sell" actions; clicking will open a quick trade window for the selected stock.

2.6 Today's Orders

  • The Today's Orders section enables viewing all orders initiated by the user on the current day and allows real-time tracking of order status.
  • Supported order actions: modify order, cancel order, view order details.
  • Order data fields available for viewing: order status, market, ticker, name, side, order type, order price, order quantity, executed quantity, order time, executed amount, validity period, order ID.

2.7 Historical Orders

  • Provides a historical orders search function for searching and reviewing past orders.

  • Orders can be searched using four criteria: market, order status, stock ticker, and order time range:

    • Market: currently supports Hong Kong and U.S. markets;
    • Order status: Filled, Canceled, Rejected, Expired;
    • Stock ticker: supports fuzzy search matching;
    • Order time: filters orders whose order times fall within the specified range.
  • Historical order actions: view details only.

  • Trade details: All orders support viewing trade details, which include all submission times, prices, and quantities, and record execution times, prices, and quantities. This allows tracing an order from submission to execution or failure. In the case of partial fills, the trade details will record each partial execution’s specific time and content.

3. Assets Page

3.1 Asset Overview

  • Total Asset Overview: View the account’s current total assets. Total assets equal the sum of total cash across currencies + fund position market value + funds in transit for fund subscription/redemption + stock position market value + OTC non-standard product market value (including bonds).

    • Supports switching by asset category and currency to view assets under different conditions.
  • Currency display toggle is available to accommodate users with different currency needs.

  • Provides breakdowns of total market value and position P/L for stocks, funds, bonds, and other types, and allows users to view their holdings under each category.

  • All breakdown data currencies follow the currency selection in the Total Asset Overview.

  • Transaction history: Click to expand the transaction history window to view all fund movements under the user’s account, including stock buy/sell fees or proceeds and deposit/withdrawal ledger information.

    • Supports infinite scroll to load all user transaction records.
  • Statement Inquiry: Click to expand the statement list window to download daily or monthly statements in PDF format. Statements are password-protected; the password is the last four digits of the mobile phone number followed by the last four digits of the account opening identification number.

3.2 Cash Details

  • This section supports scrolling to load cash balances for other currencies.
  • Cash Total: aggregate cash across all currencies, displayed in the selected currency after exchange rate conversion.
  • Detailed currencies such as HKD and USD: cash balances for each currency are displayed separately, showing data such as total cash in the currency, available cash, frozen cash, and cash withdrawable.
  • Users can view balances and withdrawable cash by currency on this page to better manage their funds.

3.3 Financing Status

  • Risk Control Status: Displays the user’s current risk control status, monitored in real time by the risk control system. Status levels are Safe, Medium, and Dangerous; when marked Dangerous, heightened risk control measures will be applied.
  • Margin Requirements: Displays the initial and maintenance margin requirements for current positions; compliance with these requirements may result in a Safe risk status.
  • Financing Limit: Shows the amount of financing currently used by the user and the total financing limit available.

3.4 Account Asset Summary & Positions

  • Displays by market; selecting a market at the top will switch the asset details and positions table to that market.

  • Categories shown across pages indicate the markets in which the user holds stocks; if there are no holdings in a market, that group will not be displayed, helping users quickly determine whether they have positions in that market.

  • Asset data supported for stock accounts (Hong Kong, U.S., Shanghai/Shenzhen, Singapore, etc.) include: net asset value, daily P/L, position market value, position P/L, maximum purchasing power, available cash, and cash withdrawable.

  • Timeliness of the above data: real-time updates.

  • The U.S. stocks category includes options positions.

  • Under stock types, "Buy" and "Sell" operations are available; clicking will invoke the trading operation window to promptly execute buys or sells.

3.4 Today's Orders

  • The Assets page supports viewing Today’s Orders to track the status and execution of the day’s trading orders. The displayed data fields correspond to those in the Trading panel’s "Today's Orders" section.
