WTT provides two customer-related components: Customer List and Customer Information.

Customer List

The Customer List is used to view all customers at the current company level, allowing users to review customers' account status. It also enables viewing customers' addresses and related account information.

Customer Information

  • This component is specifically designed for the trading front office and aims to provide a comprehensive view of customer information. It consolidates key data such as customer assets, transaction history, agency relationships, and account activity. Through this tool, traders can gain in-depth insight into customer profiles, including but not limited to information about customer agents and authorized representatives. In addition, the component supports real-time viewing of customers' trading authorization status, thereby assisting traders in making more precise trading decisions.
    • Feature Overview: This component enables traders to access, in a single location, detailed information on customer assets, historical transactions, agency relationships, and account activity.
    • Customer Profile Insights: Traders can quickly obtain detailed information about customer agents and authorized persons through the component, providing necessary context for trading decisions.
    • Trading Authorization Monitoring: The component provides real-time updates on customers' trading authorization status, helping traders assess customers' current trading capabilities.
    • Decision Support: By comprehensively analyzing customer data, traders can issue more informed trade instructions, improving trading efficiency and accuracy.
