Q: What are the possible causes of an exchange failure?
A: Please check the following items in order: Is the currency exchange feature enabled? → Does the configured currency pair include the target currency? → Is the exchange pool quota sufficient? →Has a large-amount exchange review been completed?
Q: Will the reference exchange rate update automatically?
A: Yes. Currently, in WBO, the exchange rate for the rate channel MDAQ is updated once per hour. The exchange rates for other channels are updated once per day, at 13:00 daily.
Q: Why hasn't the client received the funds immediately, even after an automatic exchange strategy is set up?
A: Normally, clients can receive the funds quickly. If there is a significant delay, it could be due to the following situations:
- The exchange strategy is Bank Exchange, and the upstream bank has not completed the exchange. Please call the bank to inquire about the progress.
- The exchange amount submitted by the client exceeds the large-amount limit, requiring manual review. Please go to the Work Order Center to check if there is an unapproved large-amount exchange approval work order.
