Quick Start

Overview

The Whale Help Center primarily supports the creation and management of various customer-facing article content, including help documents, frequently asked questions, market information, stock market content, event rules, and more. It also supports brokers in customizing article categories and maintaining article content.

Prerequisites

You must obtain the following authorizations to use the system functions properly.

Create an "Article Category"

Before creating articles, confirm whether the existing categories meet your requirements. If a new category scenario is needed, create an article category first.

Path: Customer Management System > Help Center > Article Categories

Operation: Click [Create Category] to add a new article category. Multi-level category creation is supported.

Create an "Article"

The article list supports functions such as creating, editing, hiding/showing, and deleting documents.

Path: Customer Management System > Help Center > Articles

Operation: Click [Create Article] to edit the article's title, body content, external links, category, publishing scenarios, and other settings.
