I. System Overview
Bank cards are used in the processes of withdrawals, deposits, and company bank statement reconciliation. This feature provides basic information configuration. The main related modules involved are as follows:

II. Operation Instructions
Whether creating a bank card in the app or in the back office (WBO), it is necessary to first configure the card's attributes, such as the region where the bank card is issued and the issuing bank.
- Maintain the card’s issuing bank (known bank information, including bank name, bank_code, swift_code, bank address, and related icons)

Navigation: Cash Management > App Config > Supported Bank Setups
- Create: Click Create to enter the page and fill in the required information. After completion, you may also click Edit in the Action column to modify the corresponding fields.


- Confirm the country/region of the bank card

Navigation: Cash Management > App Config > Bank Card - Country/Region
- Ensure that Whether Card Binding Is Allowed is set to Allow.

After completing the attribute configuration for the card, the operator can proceed with bank card management.

- Clients add a bank card in the app: The card will be displayed automatically on the page.

- When clients cannot bind a card in the client app: In such cases, a back office operator can add the bank card in the back office. After addition, it will be displayed automatically on the page.
- Click Add bank cards to enter the page, fill in the detailed information, and submit.


- Click Batch Add to add bank card information in batches according to the template


- For client-submitted information requiring manual review, or for cards added manually in the back office on behalf of clients:
- When the bank card authentication status is Authentication In Progress, manual review is required.

- When a client's bank card authentication status is Without Witness or Have Witnessed, the back office operator can modify the bank card information.


- Manually updating the fund deposit witness status:
- If a client's fund deposit transaction is completed, but their bank card's witness status remains To Witness, operators can click Update Deposit Verification to handle it.

- After linking the client's deposit details (or even without linking to a specific deposit record), the system will automatically update the fund deposit witness status to Have Witnessed.

- To add remarks for a client's bank card, click Remark in the Action column.


- Deleting a client's bank card:
- Click Delete in the back office to delete it.

- Click Recycle Bin to view deleted data.
