I. System Overview

Bank cards are used in the processes of withdrawals, deposits, and company bank statement reconciliation. This feature provides basic information configuration. The main related module relationship groups are as follows:

II. Operating Instructions

Whether creating a bank card in the App or in the Back Office (WBO), you must first maintain the card’s attributes, including the card’s country/region and its issuing bank.

  1. Maintain the card’s issuing bank (known bank information, including bank name, bank_code, swift_code, bank address, and related icons)

  • Create: Click [Create] to enter the page and fill in the required information.
    • After completion, you may also click [Edit] in the actions column to modify the corresponding fields.
  1. Confirm the card’s country/region

  • Ensure the "Whether Card Binding Is Allowed" field is set to "Allow".

After completing the card attribute configuration, you may manage bank cards.

  1. When a user adds a bank card in the App, it will be displayed automatically on the page.
  1. In cases where a user cannot bind a bank card in the client, the Back Office can add the bank card in the backend; after addition, it will automatically appear on the page.
  • Click [Add Bank Card], complete the detailed information on the page and submit.
  • Click [Batch Add] to add bank card information in batches according to a template.
  1. For user-submitted information that requires manual review, or when the Back Office manually adds a card on behalf of a user:
  • That is, when the bank card verification status is "Pending Verification," manual review is required.
  • When the user's bank card verification status is "Verified" or "Unverified," the backend may modify the bank card information.
  1. Manually update the deposit verification status
  • If the user's deposit has completed but the card's verification status has not been updated to normal, you can manually handle this via [Update Deposit Verification ].
  • After associating the customer's deposit details, or even without associating a deposit record, the system will automatically set the deposit verification status to "Have Witnessed".
  1. If you need to add remarks for a user's bank card, you can manually add the corresponding remark in the backend by clicking [Remarks] in the actions column.
  1. When a user's bank card needs to be deleted:
  • You can select [Delete] in the backend to perform the operation.
  • Deleted data can be viewed via the [Recycle Bin] function.
