Q: Can I restrict certain securities from being transferred in?

A: Yes. To add a transfer-in restriction for securities, go to Transfer In > Restricted Stock and click Add.

Enter the code of the securities you wish to restrict, and the restriction will be applied.

Q: I can't find the application record on the Notify Broker page. Why?

A: On the Notify Broker page, you need to select a broker first. The system will automatically populate the broker's email address. Then, select the application number. Note that this page only displays applications for which the delivering broker has not yet been notified.

Q: After sending a notification via the Notify Broker function, how can I verify whether the email was delivered successfully?

A: Go to Transfer In > Email Records to view the delivery status.
