1.1.2 Offline Account Opening

1.1.2A Question: Can account opening support two phone numbers?

Answer: When creating an account offline, you may enter a "Login Phone Number" (see Figure 1.1.2A-1) to sign in to the App and receive verification codes;enter the "Contact Phone Number" in the "Enter Account Opening Information" section (see Figure 1.1.2A-2). Multiple clients may use the same contact phone number.

1.1.2B Question: Is the "Region" field in the account opening information optional?

Answer: The "Region" field is mandatory. If you do not want information to appear, you may enter a blank space.

The "Region" affects the display order of the settlement address; leaving it blank can prevent this effect.

1.1.2C Question: Can the account type (Cash / Margin Account) be changed while the account is in "Pending Review" status?

Answer: While in "Pending Review" status, go to KYC > Account Opening List and click "Details"; on the details page, click "Reject" (see Figures 1.1.2C-1 and 1.1.2C-2).Then go to KYC > Account Opening Information, click "Edit," and modify the account type (see Figures 1.1.2C-3 and 1.1.2C-4).

1.1.2D Question: How do I enter bank account information when opening an individual account offline?

Answer: In Funds Management > Customer Bank Cards, click "Add Bank Card" to add the customer's bank details and approve them.
