Overview

The Account Management module provides comprehensive management and operational functions for customer accounts, assisting administrators with account information inquiries, permission management, BCAN code management, ticket handling, and operation record searches. These functions help improve the efficiency and accuracy of account management and provide customers with a better service experience.

Main Features

  1. Account List:

    • Enables querying of account status, account information, and related permissions.
    • Manages account trading permissions, such as updating stock market trading permissions or operational permissions for securities accounts.
  2. BCAN Code Management:

    • Enables querying and management of customers' BCAN data (such as declaration records, effective status, etc.).
    • Supports operations such as BCAN code declarations and consent status updates.
  3. Ticket Center:

    • Manages account-/user-related operations such as information modifications, status changes, and password resets.
    • Tickets may represent customer requests, issues, or tasks, which are processed and tracked through the ticket center.
  4. Record Inquiry:

    • Allows querying of account management operation records, including records of account creation, modification, and deletion.
    • Allows querying of device registration records, documenting operations such as device binding, unbinding, and changes.
